The NSW Police Force is the oldest police service in Australia and the primary law enforcement agency for NSW. The NSWPF consists of more than 17,000 officers over about 500 police stations.

The NSW Police Force is in the process of transitioning to the NSW PSN for general radio dispatch operations. Specialist sections within the NSW Police Force that currently use the NSW PSN with continue to do so.
